Kelly Cooper APD

Dietitian, Kelly Cooper cares about helping people feel at ease with food. With specialist training and experience in eating disorders, neurodivergence, mental health, and gut health.

As a midlife woman navigating the wild ride of perimenopause while raising two tween/teen kids, managing a household, and running a small business, she has lived experience. A late diagnosis of ADHD spurred interest in the way people in larger bodies are treated β€” too often with judgement, bias, and shame. It’s one of the many reasons I show up in this work every day, advocating for respectful, person-centred, stigma-free care.
