Dr Caroline de Moel-Mandel

Caroline de Moel-Mandel is a Lecturer in Public Health at La Trobe University. Her research focuses on equity in healthcare access and information, particularly in sexual and reproductive health, and the systems shaping service delivery.

A former general practitioner in the Netherlands, Caroline brings clinical experience to her academic work.
